How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel an order if it has not yet been prepared. If it has been prepared, you can return the ordered product within 14 days and ask for a refund. We will issue a refund if you comply with the return policy.

Can I modify an order?

You can add or remove products from your basket before confirming your order.

Once your order has been validated, if it has not yet been prepared, you can change the products ordered, change the delivery address, the choice of relay point by contacting us via our online form. We will cancel the order so that you can place another one.

However, if the order has been prepared, you will not be able to change the products ordered, the delivery or billing address or the choice of the relay point.

I did not receive an order confirmation e-mail, what should I do?

We advise you to do the following checks:

  • Check your junk mail box
  • Verify the email address you provided to us by logging into your account.

If you still can't find the confirmation email, please contact us via our online form.

The model I am interested in is out of stock. Will there be a restocking?

Most of our models are in our permanent collection. When the stock is sold out, there are restocks. However, it may take a few weeks before they are back in stock.

However, there is no restocking on the limited edition models.

What should I do if I change my address?

In the event of a change of address between the validation of your order and its reception, please write to us via our online form.

If the package is already prepared or in the process of being shipped, we will not be able to change your address.

However, if you do not receive your package, then it will be returned to us and we can ship it back to you.

Return and refund

How do I make a return?

For any order placed on our e-shop, you have 14 calendar days to return your package at your expense from the receipt of your order.
To be able to reimburse you, it is imperative to respect the following conditions: the products must be under labels, unworn, unwashed and accompanied by the return form.

1- Prepare the package

Place the products you wish to return in their original packaging. As a reminder, the products must be labelled, unworn and unwashed.

2- Fill in the return form

Ask us for a return form via our online form. Then simply print and complete your return form and put it in your package. This is very important so that we can identify you! 

3- Send your package

You just have to go to the post office to send your parcel at your expense to the address SAS SOKETI FRANCE, 21 Rue Paul Bousquet, 34200 Sète. Don't forget to keep your proof of deposit until you are refunded.

How long does it take to get my money back?

If all the conditions are met, SOKETI FRANCE will reimburse you within 14 days of receiving the products according to the method of payment chosen by the customer when ordering. We do our best to refund you quickly!

Is it possible to exchange an item?

We do not do exchanges, only refunds. If you wish to receive another product, another size, another color... you just have to return your product and place a new order.


What countries do you deliver to?

On our e-shop, we deliver to France (including Corsica), Monaco, Andorra, and the other countries of the European Union.

What are the delivery times?

soketi ships the same day for orders placed before 12:00 and according to available stocks. This time may vary during certain periods (Christmas, sales...) and does not take into account weekends and public holidays.
You will receive an e-mail when your package is shipped with a tracking number.

As soon as your order is shipped, the delivery time is two to three days in Metropolitan France. This time may vary depending on the period (Christmas, sales...). Delivery times to international destinations are between 3 and 7 days.

What are the delivery methods?

To receive your package in Metropolitan France, Corsica and Andorra, you can choose between two means of delivery:

  • delivery in a relay point (Mondial Relay) to be delivered in a business near you, (valid only in Metropolitan France)
  • delivery by Colissimo to have your order delivered to your home, without a signature.

For international deliveries, you have a means of delivery :

  • delivery by Colissimo, with signature.

How do I track my package?

When your package is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number. Didn't receive it? Check your junk mail. If you can't find it, send us an e-mail via our online form.

What payment methods are accepted?

You can pay your order by credit card (CB, Visa, Mastercard) or by Paypal.

How to pay by card with the 3D Secure system?

Since September 2019, European legislation has evolved to make online payments more secure. Indeed, the 3D Secure becomes mandatory on all transactions.

With this system, you will be asked to authenticate your payment via the 3D Secure process.

How does it work?

First, if you have not already done so, you must register your payment card for 3D Secure. You can often do this online at your bank's website. If you have already registered for 3D Secure, you do not need to take any further steps.

However, your bank may have set up a mobile application to authenticate your payments. Do not hesitate to contact your bank to find out more.

We advise you to configure 3D Secure before making your online purchases.

What is the authentication process with 3D Secure?

  1. You have selected the items you are interested in and are ready to pay. You have filled in the billing and shipping details.
  2. You click on "Order" and select the payment option of your choice. Then you fill in the payment details.
  3. In case you have your banking application installed on your mobile and you are registered for 3D Secure, your bank will send you a notification asking you to authenticate yourself.
  4. You access your bank's application and follow the authentication method defined by your bank.
  5. After that, your order is confirmed and you are brought back to the website.

If you are unable to use 3D Secure, contact your bank.

The products

Which size to choose?

The women's models are in one size 36-41. If you are a woman and you wear size 36 to 41.5, the Women's models will fit you.

The men's models are in one size 42-46. If you are a man and your shoe size is 41.5 to 46, the Men's models will fit you.

Our socks are made with a low percentage of elastane, which allows them to adapt to the size and shape of your foot.

We remain at your disposal for any further information.

What is the composition of the socks?

Our socks are made from cotton because it is a light and durable fiber that keeps its colors and shape over time. It also provides comfort.
Polyamide is a fiber that brings strength to the sock.
Elastane is used to stretch the sock so that it fits your foot better.

How do I care for my socks?

To make your socks last, you have to take care of them.

Before wearing them, wash them once inside out at 30° (without using a dryer), so that they take their final shape.

For their daily maintenance :

  • Wash at 30° in short cycle
  • Always wash them inside out
  • Do not put them in the dryer
